Our most frequently asked questions.

If you have lost or forgotten something during your visit, please send an email to info@gothenburgstudios.se with the subject ”Upphittat”. Describe the lost object and we will contact you within a day or two. We collect and save everything lost and found for three months. Thereafter we donate it to charity.

We are following the Swedish Police new regulations regarding bags at events. This means that we currently don't allow any bags. Read more at https://polisen.se/ Please leave your bags at home.

No. We are not accepting cash in our cloak room and bars.

Public Transport? The closest bus stop is Lindholmen. From there it’s roughly a 3 min walk to the venue. If coming by boat the closest boat stop is Lindholmspiren. From there it’s roughly a 6 min walk to the venue.

By car? If you are traveling by car there is an Easy Park- and Parkster-parking located just next to the venue at Polstjärnegatan 12, 417 52 Göteborg.

Taxi? The taxi pick up and drop-off area is located at Polstjärnegatan 12, 417 52 Göteborg.

18 years of age if nothing else is mentioned in the specific event.

No. The age restrictions applies to everyone.

All our facilities are accessible and located on one floor. The entrance is accessed by a ramp from the outside. An accessible WC is located between Studio 2 and Studio 3. Our staff can help assist with finding this if needed.

Accessible pay and park is available by the closely located Easy Park- and Parkster-parking as well.

Yes. The cloak room is open and staffed during open event hours. The fee is not included in the ticket price.

We’re only open during concerts and events. Please see the specific event page for the events opening hours.

Our stage times varies. Please see the specific event page and your ticket distributor for your event's schedule. If the concert start time hasn't been announced it’s because we haven’t received the information from the promoter.

No. All tickets are sold online.
